Account Executive: We are a software company devoted to K12 education administration. Our products focus on financial management and cafeteria management for K12 schools. We have an in depth understanding of school systems and regulations with a focus on creative solutions, ease of use, integrated systems, and excellent customer service. This position reports to the VP of Sales. They will interact directly with existing customers and prospects to promote sales of our industry-leading K12 software and services. This is a REMOTE position and does involve some travel. JOB DUTIES: Develop regional territory sales and achieve sales goals set for the territory. Contact Food Service Directors, IT Directors and Business Managers of both public and private K12 institutions. Deliver a quality representation of the product, services and company Conduct onsite and remote software presentations to customers and prospects Create professional relationships with the customer, staying involved after the sale to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction Demonstrate command of the point-of-service software, and complementary nutrition modules Participate in national and regional conferences and user group meetings Maintain good working relationships with customer staff at all levels Establish key contacts with industry leaders to maintain and grow knowledge of the K12 market KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years’ experience with enterprise level software sales demonstrating the ability to achieve sales goals and drive revenue using proven sales methods Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills Develop and Manage on-going customer accounts and work with all levels of stakeholders within the client’s organization by building a professional relationship Proven track record of exceeding sales goals Have prior experience in long sales cycles involved with process and system changes Works effectively within a collaborative and cohesive, team-based environment Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Experience assisting your current accounts with renewals and contracts extensions Outstanding customer service and organizational skills Ability to multi-task effectively and to consistently meet assigned deadlines Self-starter with ability to work well independently and in groups Experience working with a CRM Ability to travel a minimum of 40% of the work week on average Experience with the following is highly desirable though not mandatory: School Nutrition Systems K12 School Districts TOTAL REWARDS Generous 401K with matching 4% of base salary Health insurance paid 100% for employee; 80% for spouse/dependents Paid Time Off (PTO) Plan and paid holidays The Sales team receives: Phone, Laptop, Projector, Company Credit Card, TSA Precheck and Clear Account, Executive Rental Car Account .
