Kforce has a client seeking a Project Manager in Boston, MA.
Summary: The contractor will play a significant role in building and growing the business through the conception and development of gold marketing programs that have a direct and measurable impact on consideration and purchase. In this role, you will work collaboratively across the organization to deliver integrated programs across advertising, content, direct marketing, channel marketing, events, public relations, social media, paid search and digital. The successful candidate will have a deep interest in financial markets, trends and innovation as well as enjoy working with colleagues to ensure alignment on objectives, strategy and product positioning.
This is an opportunity for a well-rounded and highly collaborative marketing professional with existing insights into leading integrated marketing campaigns. You will deliver marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement and consideration of the SPDR Gold ETF suite and work closely with members of Marketing, Sales, Client Engagement and Product as well as the World Gold Council and external agencies.
This role will include the following responsibilities:
Work with the gold marketing team to create and drive client relevant, scalable and repeatable integrated marketing programs and its key deliverables for the SPDR Gold suite
Partner with internal and external stakeholders on key business objectives, client concerns and sales goals
Work closely with an array of marketing disciplines - digital, social, content, direct marketing, channel, measurement, advertising, events, etc. - to building integrated marketing plans around gold investing
Work closely with internal marketing and strategy teams to develop and enhance product materials, product positioning, capabilities messaging, web experience and segmented communications
Bachelor's degree preferably with major in marketing or communications
Ten or more years of relevant marketing experience; previous financial services or product marketing experience preferred
Familiarity with investment concepts
Data-driven with a strong understanding of marketing technology
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with and influence stakeholders across the firm
Excellent relationship building and management skills
Ability to influence and collaborate to drive results
Strategic thinker, creative in approach
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
