Restaurant Information Systems Administrator
for Legal Sea Foods Corporate Office
Join our Team! The Restaurant Information Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining all software and database systems used in Legal Sea Foods' restaurants and at the Corporate Office/Manufacturing Plant (the Quality Control Center \"QCC\"). These systems include, POS (Micros), Crunchtime (Inventory Management) and Compeat Financial and Inventory Management.

Duties & Responsibilities
o Manages the use and administration of company software (Micros/Oracle, Crunchtime and Compeat Inventory Management etc.)
o Actively engages with 3rd party software vendors to maximize system performance and efficiencies of all software modules. Recommends and pursues enhancement requests to meet LSF functionality needs.
o Works with multi departmental teams to coordinate and implement all restaurant menu changes (POS and Inventory.)
o Coordinates the training of all employees who need to be trained on any restaurant-related system (ex. Micros, Crunchtime, Compeat.)
o Clear, concise, effective communications with all restaurant employees as well as executive management
o Review help desk tickets to get to root cause of issues. Recommend and prioritize root cause solutions.
o Work closely with other members of IT to provide the appropriate architecture to support restaurant systems. (ex. networks, servers, business intelligence, accounting and HRIS systems, internet, etc.)
o Participates in IT On Call rotation.
o Helps maintain and support PCI related initiatives and coach/develop employees on security protocol.
o Make budget recommendations for recommended expenditures during the annual budget cycle.
o Ensure full integration and functioning of all software architecture.
Skills & Competencies
o Software Architecture.
o Database Management including SQL.
o POS Software including centralized Retail Pricing Administration.
o Ability to manage employees, tasks and time.
Minimum Education & Training
o Bachelors degree in information systems or related field preferred.
o Managerial Level Experience in managing software and database systems.
o Retail and / or Hospitality Experience.
o Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within one or more information processing functions.
Environmental Working Conditions
o Located mainly in the Home Office / QCC (70% Home Office 30% Restaurants)
o Involves travel to restaurants in any state in which restaurants are located
