This position is a dynamic role that encompasses all aspects of the day-to-day operation and execution of the restaurant. This individual reports directly to the General Manager and will have the primary focus of supervising the FOH service staff. This is a hands on position that is directly involved in the nightly operation of the dining room and requires you to be well versed in all the products offered at Menton (food, wine, cheese and spirits). It is a position that will play an integral role in delivering an unparalleled and luxurious, yet fun and exciting, dining experience to all the guests at Menton. Additionally, the Manager will work closely with the General Manager to develop, enrich and educate the entire service team and ultimately embody the Menton values of intention, conviction, growth, education and respect.
One year of restaurant management is required and experience in a fine dining setting is preferred.
