Baker hours are from 3/330 until 1030-1130 depending on store volume. We accommodate 40 hours and possibly up to 45 in the event the Baker chose to work a 6th day. The Baker/Finisher will be responsible for baking and finishing the Company's baked good items, including donuts, bagels, croissants, etc. The Baker/Finisher will be expected to execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion to produce consistent, high-quality finished baked products to customers. Aside from this the baker may be asked to help up front if need be serving customers up front.The baker is responsible for emptying the trash, checking the perimeter of the building, cleaning the bathrooms, and other janitorial responsibilities.
