Optimize and carry out biophysical protein-ligand measurements
Maintain clear records of experimental work and be able to organize, report and communicate their results
PhD in Structural Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics or relevant field with 4+ years post-degree experience
Experience in protein expression from multiple organisms (mammalian, insect, bacterial, etc.)
Track record of protein purification of targets including membrane proteins and the use of manual and automated chromatography systems
Use of biochemical techniques (e.g. Western blot, SDS-PAGE, etc.) and experience with biophysical techniques an asset (e.g. SPR, MST, ITC, etc.)
Broad crystallization experience is desirable
Self-motivation, organization, effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment
A desire to be part of a highly innovative company aimed at transforming the lives of people with serious diseases, their families and society
