Job Description:

Sr. Manager, Fan Pier Operations
Reporting to the AD, Fan Pier Ops, the Sr. Manager’s primary focus is to oversee and provide tactical occupancy planning expertise in support of supply, capacity and demand of site space needs. Activities will consist of day to day change requests, project space planning and solution development, small project construction support and project coordination, site strategy support related to space and occupancy analysis, solution outcomes and utilization metrics.
Key Responsibilities Include
•    Based on customers’ requirements; evaluates space, furniture and equipment needs and works with departments to make design recommendations.
•    Plans, coordinates and schedules individual and departmental moves, and provides support to ensure a smooth transition during the relocation process.
  • Provides scope of work and specifications, solicits bids, and conducts walk-throughs with contractors and vendors.
  • Recommends and selects vendors and contractors.
  • Effectively completes multiple projects concurrently.
  • Provides project cost estimates, manages relocation budgets and related financial information.
  • Maintain space analysis and space utilization within the system of record. Produce findings to ensure the accuracy of information and analytics as well as ensuring company-wide seating plans are up-to-date.
  • Manage spacewalks for validation and update of occupancy metrics.
  • Create presentations for highly visible projects for a wide range audience containing but not limited to workplace standards, space metrics, and complex phasing.
  • Provide conceptual space plans and recommendations to stakeholders and preparing block plans or stacking diagrams.
  • Provide support to the workplace services group as needed (Fitness center/café/ copy center).


• Bachelors or Master's Degree.
• 8+ years relevant experience in a global corporation; with an emphasis on planning, design, and project management.
• Ability to read, understand and evaluate construction documents and specifications.
  • A demonstrated ability to provide technical input, guidance and decisions on furniture, furnishing, space, design
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
  • Ability to utilize and manage space planning software tools
  • Ability to manage projects of all sizes and complexity
  • Possess effective oral and written communication skills
